Ingredients

    1/2 cup whole grain oats
    1 cup water
    1 scoop Trader Joe's vanilla whey protein powder
    1 tbsp crushed walnuts
    1/2 banana
    Pinch of cinnamin

Directions

Pour water over oats in a bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Add protein powder, walnuts, and banana. Add cinnamin to flavor. Enjoy!
