Introduction

Ingredients

1/2 of a fresh banana
1/2 cup frozen or fresh mixed berries
1/2 cup skim milk
4-5 ice cubes
A little bit of Splenda, not an entire packet though, optional.
Directions
Put ice and milk in blender before other ingredients
Cut banana half into 4 or 5 tiny pieces, add those in. Add berries.
Blend ingredients on low until smooth. Once smooth, sprinkle in the Splenda if you want and blend for another couple of seconds.
Pour it in a glass and drink it! Makes 1 serving that comes out to about 1 1/3 cups.
Can also add milled flax, protein powder, or anything else you want.
