    3/4 cup orange juice
    1 (30 calorie) sugar free yogurt
    1 scoop protein powder (contains minimum 30 gr protein)
    1 kiwi fruit peeled
    1/2 cup frozen tropical fruit with strawberries
    2-3 chunks frozen or fresh pineapple

Directions

put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, drink immediately.
