Ingredients

    1 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
    2 Cups tricolor Rotini
    1 cube Chicken boullion
    1 tbsp light or fat free butter

Directions

First you put the chicken in a pan of water and bring to boil. If the chicken is thawed, you can cut it into cubes, if it is frozen, you can boil it for about 5 minutes and then it will be okay to chop. Then you add the noodles and the boullion cube. Let boil until noodles are tender. Drain the water. Return to pan and add the butter. Mix the butter and then add salt and pepper to taste. Makes 2 servings.
