Ingredients

    2 Cups Tomatoe Chopped
    2 Cups cucumber Chopped
    2 Cups Zucchini Chopped
    2 Cups Mushrooms Chopped
    Dressing
    1/4 c Olive Oil
    1/4 c Balsamic Vinegar
    1 T sugar

Directions

Chop vegetables. Mix dressing. Pour dressing over vegetables. Best after marinading overnight.
