Ingredients

    1 c. light bulgur
    3 ripe tomatoes chopped
    1.5 c fresh parsley minced
    1 medium tomato
    3 medium scallions sliced fine
    1/2 c lemon juice
    1/4 c olive oil
    1 T dill weed
    1 tsp garlic salt

Directions

Soak bulgur in 3 cups water for 2-3 hours. Drain WELL! Stir in chopped vegetables and then pour dressing over top. Chill well.
