Ingredients

    For one serving:

    1/2 tsp. olive oil -- use Extra Virgin high flavor oil
    2 T Hummus. I prefer plain or roasted garlic
    2 T (or more) lemon juice

Directions

Add seasoning of your choice. I usually use salt & pepper, lemon pepper (salt free), garlic powder and onion powder, but you can adjust the flavor by adjusting the seasoning. Shake or whisk to blend. Makes enough for one large salad (I use this amount with 2-3 cups of lettuce and veggies, with or without some meat. Toss well.

    Incredible!
    delicious but will use a little less lemon juice next time. have been hunting for a hummus dressing for ages and this one is awesome!! i drizzeled it over a grilled chicken salad with goats cheese and advocado. - 4/13/11
