Ingredients

    3 Red Tomatoes
    1 Cucumber (peeled)
    1 Rosemary stem. (Not the stem, just the leaves)
    1-2 garlic cloves
    dash of salt
    3 Cups of Tomatoe Juice (more or less depending on how thick you want your soup)
    Fat Free Garlic Croutons.


Directions

Blend all ingredients except for croutons into a food processor or blender. Chill for at least one hour. Serve with croutons.

*You can substitue basil for rosemary and change the amount of herb to your own taste.
