Ingredients

Olive oil, 1 tsp.
Onions, raw, 1 small finely choppe
Garlic, 3 clove finely chopped
Morningstar Farms Bacon Strips 2 slices chopped
Bueno Chopped Green Chile -Extra Hot, 1 tub defrosted (24 Tbsp)
Flour, white, 1 Tbsp.
Corn Starch, 1 Tbsp
Water, tap, 3 Tbsp.
Pacific Natural Foods Organic Vegetable Broth, 1 2/3 cup
Tomatoes, red, 1.5 medium chopped
1/2 tsp. Cumin Powder
Salt, to taste
Garlic powder, 1 tsp
Onion powder, 1 tsp
Granulated Sugar, 0.5 tsp
Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp chopped
White Vinegar, 1 tbsp
Directions
-Heat oil on medium and cook onions until soft
-Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute
-Add chopped fakin' bacon
-While onions cook on the stove, mix the flour, water and cornstarch together until smooth
-flour mixture and mix together well
-Add green chiles, spices, sugar, and broth and bring to a low boil
-Add tomatoes, cilantro, and vinegar and simmer cover on low for at least one hour, stirring frequently.
- About 30 minutes in add salt to taste
-Serve over eggs, vegetable enchiladas, or with rice
