Ingredients

    1 lb of 93% lean ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 garlic clove, minced
    3/4 c. picante sauce
    1 t. ground cumin
    1/2 t. oregano leaves, crushed
    1/2 t. salt
    8 flour tortillas (7 or 8")
    Pam spray
    sour cream (optional and not included in calorie count)
    guacamole (optional and not included in calorie count)

Directions

Brown meat with onion and garlic; drain. Stir in picante sauce, cumin, oregano, and salt; simmer 5 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated. Spray one side iwht pam. Spoon 1/3 c. of meat mixture onto center of the unbuttered sides. Sprinkle with cheese. Fold 2 sides over filling and fold ends down. Place seam side down in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake in preheated oven at 475 degrees about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Top with sour cream, guacamole and/or salsa.
