Introduction

A light but filling shake for breakfast. A light but filling shake for breakfast.

Ingredients

    1 apple.
    2 tablespoons of ground flax.
    40 raisins.
    A quarter of a cup of non fat vanilla yogurt.
    A half of a cup of 1% milk.
    A half to a full cup of water.

Directions

Grind up the raisins in a blender. Then add the liquids and the apple along with the flax and blend until smooth.
