Its Light, Fresh, and Delicious. I make a huge batch and just let it sit i my fridge for like a few days. This salad is different because its not all about lettuce, the lettuce is actually and afterthought as you are eating it. Ingredients

    Here what you need:
    2 big cucumbers
    2 big tomatoes
    1 stalk of green onion
    A lemon wedge
    1 tsp of oil (canola)
    Salt to taste
