Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    - 1/4 cup goat's milk (lowfat)
    - 1 scoop vanilla Spirutein protein powder (or other brand)
    - 1/2 cup spinach
    - 3/4 cup honeydew melon (diced)
    - 1/4 cup water
    - 2 big handfuls of ice cubes

    Optional toppings:
    - pinch of shredded coconut (unsweetened)
    - 1 T crumbled rice cakes/cereal (I used Quaker's True Delights Multigrain Fiber Crisps in Wild Blueberry)

Directions

Place all of the ingredients except for the toppings in a blender and process until smooth. Add more water or ice as necessary.
