Fruity, natural, packed with anti-oxidants ...and relaxing! A great excuse to buy that ever-so-expensive Pomegranate juice because one jug will last weeks! If you have a juicer, even better!!! Ingredients

Red "Shiraz" Wine, 2 fl oz
Just Black Cherry Juice, 2 oz
Pom Wonderful Pomegranate Juice, 2 oz
Lime Flavored Seltzer water, 2 oz (optional)
Lime Juice, one half lime yields

Directions

The easiest way to enjoy this delicious drink is to find a glass that holds exactly 8 ounces and keep the ingredients near each other in your refrigerator. Then, when making dinner, just add "2 fingers" of each liquid into the glass, squeezing the juice (and odd bits of pulp!) of the 1/2 lime before mixing with a spoon. Adds so much flavor to so many different meals, yet zero grams of fat and the benefits of fresh, natural juices & anti-oxidants of pomegranate juice and red wine! (It works with most red wines, but I like the results with Shiraz the best.)

Warning: After making your own, you'll be spoiled at most restaurants because they generally serve only watery, bland sangria...
