Ingredients

    2 cups tart green apples peeled, cored and diced
    .25 cup onion, diced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    .25 cup red bell pepper chopped
    .5 cup dried prunes, chopped
    1 cup vinegar
    .5 cup brown sugar
    1 tbsp ginger, grated
    1 tsp grond clove
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    1 bay leaf
    .25 tsp black peppercorns

Directions

Serves 4
To prepare the chutney, combine all the ingredients, bring to a boil, then let simmer until thickened. approximately one hour
