Ingredients

    1 cup carrot puree
    1 cup cauliflower puree
    7 med potato's diced
    31/2 cups diced tomato's
    2 cups Garbanzo beans
    1 small onion diced
    4 cups collard greens
    1 1/2 cup diced sweet potato
    3 cups chopped collard greens
    1 tsp crushed garlic
    4 tsp curry powder
    1 tsp chili powder
    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
    1 tsp butter
    1 tsp olive oil
    4 cups water

Directions

Heat butter and olive oil just until butter is melted over med. heat. Add the diced onion heat until onions are translucent. Add carrot and cauliflower puree heat for two minutes. Add remaining ingredients bring too a boil reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes or until it starts to thicken and potato's are soft.

Makes 7 two cup servings
