    1 TSP MORTONS SALT SENSE
    1 TSP BLACK PEPPER
    2 TBSP EXTRA LITE OLIVE OIL



Directions

MIX SPICES AND OLIVE OIL TOGETHER IN A SMALL BOWL. WASH CHICKEN TENDERS AND PAT DRY. PLACE TENDERS IN SPICE MIXTURE AND COAT WELL. CRUSH SPECIAL K IN A ZIP LOCK BAG. PUT TENDERS IN THE BAG AND COAT WELL. PLACE ON BAKING SHEET SPAYED WITH NON STICK SPRAY.

BAKE AT 350 DEGREES ABOT 20 MINUTES.
