Introduction

This sounded like such an obvious combination to me, I was surprised to not find it already calculated here on Spark. I will confess right here, I have not made these yet. I just put the recipe together in my head. If it needs tweaking after I've made it, I'll come back and tell you! If not, enjoy! Ingredients

8 slices extra lean, 95 % fat free deli ham
    4 oz Neufchatel cheese, softened
    2 tsp garlic powder, divided
    1.5 tsp ground oregano, divided
    6 oz lasagna noodles
16 oz low-sodium tomato & basil pasta sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions, then drain and run under cold water so they can be handled.

While pasta is cooking mix together cheese, 1 tsp of garlic powder and 1/2 tsp of oregano.

Spray an 8 by 8 baking dish with cooking spray and pour in pasta sauce. Mix in remaining garlic and oregano.

Lay out lasagna noodles on a piece of wax paper. Spread each noodle with cheese, then layer on a slice of ham. (Cut ham in half lengthwise and put two layers on, if they fit better.) Roll up the noodle and set it standing up in the sauce. When all the rolls are done, spoon additional sauce over top.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 35 minutes.

I'm estimating this to be four servings. I'll confirm when I've actually made it!
