Ingredients

1 Medium Size Raw Vidalia Onion
    1 Beef Bulion Cube
    1/2 Tablespoon Butter

Directions

Serving Size- 1 Onion
First, you take the skin off of the onion and cut a small hole in the top of the onion (just big enough to hold the butter and beef bullion cube). Place the bullion cube and butter in the small hole that you cut into the onion. Place the "loaded" onion on a sheet of tin foil. Wrap the onion in the tinfoil, and place it on the top rack of your grill for 5-10 minutes depending on how hot your grill is. Every couple of minutes rotate the onion so that the heat gets to all sides of the onion. Take the onion off of the grill. Get a bowl and dump the contents of the tinfoil into the bowl. Enjoy!
