Ingredients

    Chunk Light Yellowfin tuna, 1/2 c
    Sliced ripe black olives, canned, 4 tbsp
    Canola mayonnaise, 2 tbsp
    Hard boiled egg
    Barilla Whole Wheat Rotini, 2 cups cooked

Directions

Cook pasta and set aside. Concurrently, hard boil the egg (place egg in water, raise heat to high. At the boiling point reduce heat to low and cook for 10 minutes. Run under cold water and remove shell, then crush in bowl).

Add tuna, olives, mayonnaise and egg to pasta and toss. Chill and serve. Makes two servings.
