Ingredients

    1 1/2 cups Dole mixed fruit
    4-6 oz vanilla yogurt
    1/2 to 3/4 cups Soy milk
    1-2 scoops (per serving size) Protein powder
    2 servings Fiber power

Directions

Add To blender
soy milk, yogurt and powders, and fruit on top.

Blend to smooth and enjoy!

To make this easier for myself I buy a very large bag of dole mixed fruit and seperate in into 1 cup to 1 1/2 cup baggies and freeze. When ready for a smoothie I take a bag put under hot water for 15 sec. to make the friut eazy to blend.
