    one cup blueberries
    one cup sliced peaches
    half cup of frustose
    cook slowy until it thickens. yummy

mix berries and peaches with frutose and cook until thickens. use a sauce.

    I would think it wouln'd need any sweetener, or one could use stevia. Great use for all that frozen fruit from summer. The kids love it on pancakes or waffles! - 11/20/10

    Hi! Yes, I usually do use Stevia. The fruit I was using was not that sweet, so something was needed to add a punch. A dash of lemon would liven it up, but I used that form of sugar..only because it was given to me to use up:-) Not something I would pay extra for. lol
