Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 or 3 handfuls of precooked frozen shrimp
    Fresh onion sliced/or chopped
    1 or 2 cloves of fresh garlic minced
    1 tablespoon can't beleive it's not butter
    1 cups cooked wild rice mix
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Saute onion and garlic in "butter". Add Shrimp and cook until bubbly (approx. 5 minutes)
Half cup rice on a salad bowl or plate. Pour shrimp and sauce over rice.
