    1/2 C dry steel cut oats
    1 C water
    2 Tbsp egg whites
    2 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce
    1/3 apple, chopped
    1 Tbsp raisins
    1/8 tsp baking powder
    1-2 tsp carmel ice cream topping


Preheat oven to 350. Spray baking pan with baking spray.

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Pour into baking pan and bake 25-30 minutes
