Ingredients

    2-Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage
    1cup - Spaghetti Sause, Traditional
    1/4 Cup- Green Onion
    1/2 Cup- Mushrooms, fresh
    1 -Large Red Peppers Chopped
    1/2 - Green Peppers, bell peppers
    2 large stocks-Celery chopped
    1/4 cup-Olive Oil
    2 glasses- wine
    10 sprigs -Parsley chopped
    1 T- Black pepper
    3 cloves- Garlic presses or chopped.
    1 box- Barilla Whole Wheat Rotini pasta

Directions

This will make total of 10 serving each seriving 3/4 cup

1 Boil sausages
2 Heat oil in pan
3 Add chopped raw vegetables and garlic, 1/2 of the parsley, and black pepper.
Cook down for 5 mins.
4 Add tomato sause
5 Add sausages(sliced) and 1 cup of wine to sause
6 Prepare pasta
7 stir remaining parsley and wine to pasta sause.
8 mix with pasta.
