Ingredients

    1 box Hodgson Mill Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles
    2 cans Hunt's Garlic & Herb Spaghetti Sauce
    1 lb Ground Turkey
    1 32 oz container Ricotta Cheese
    1 egg
    Pepper
    Mozzarella Cheese, Cheddar Cheese

Directions

1. Cook noodles according to package.
2. Brown turkey
3. put some sauce on the bottom of the pan
4. Lay down 3 noodles
5. Top with 1 cup sauce (turkey and spaghetti sauce mixed together)
6. Top with 1/3 of the ricotta mixture (Ricotta + egg + pepper)
7. Sprinkle with a handful of mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
8. Repeat 2 more times
9. Lay down last 3 noodles
10. Top with remaining sauce
11. cook in over 35 minutes at 350
12. Top with handful mozzarella and cheddar
13. Cook an additional 15 minutes

makes 12 servings!
