Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3/4 lb. Round Steak
    1/4 cup Soy Sauce
    1/4 cup Water
    2 Tbsp Honey
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp vegetable oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    2 cups broccoli, chopped
    1 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped
    1 cup Oriental Peas, fresh
    1 tamato, chopped

Directions

Trim fat from beef. Cut meat into strips.
Combine soy sauce, water, honey, ginger and garlic in 8 " pan.
Cover & marinade in refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Coat pan with oil spray.
Add oil and turn to medium high heat.
Add steak, onion, pepper and broccoli..
Cook 3 - 5 minutes.
Add mushrooms, tomato and peas.
Cook for an additional 3 minutes or untill done.

Serves 4

    Good
    I used a bag of vegetables for I did not have fresh of any of the ones used. I also thickened it with a corn starch slurry. - 3/21/16
