Ingredients

    1 Cup Non-fat Milk
    1 Small Banana
    1.5 Tbsp Chocolate Milk Powder Mix

Directions

Place all ingredients into a smoothie blender (or regular blender) and blend until smooth. I use a Basics Smoothie blender which makes one smoothie at a time.

Recipe makes one recovery shake.
