Ingredients

    chicken breast (no skin)
    butternut squash
    cellery
    garlic 2 cloves
    lemon
    sweet potato
    onion
    low fat cheese
    bacon thin with fat cut off
    cocktal sticks

Directions

prepare chicken breast slice middle to form pocket put spoonful on low fat cream chease in and wrap one slice of bacon around chicken breast. secure with cocktain stick through middle.
chop veg into cubes and place in oven proof dish spray low fat cooking oil over veg and place chicken on top
squeeze lemon juice over the dish of food
place kitchen foil over dish ( remove this for last ten mins of cooking)
