    1 Pound boneless skinless chicken breast beaten
    flat and divided into 4 sections
    6 Tablespoons Blue Bonnet Margarine Light divided
    1 Garlic clove minced
    3/4 Teaspoon dill weed, divided
    8 Slices French bread
    4 Tablespoons Philadelphia Light Cream cheese
    2 Teaspoons lemon juice
    4 Romaine lettuce leaves
    8 Tomato slices


Pound and divide chicken and grill in a skillet with 3 tablespoons of margarine, garlic and 1/2 teaspoon dill. Cook until juices run clear.

Spread butter on garlic bread grill sides until golden brown.

In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, lemon juice, and remaining dill; Spread on French bread. Place lettuce, chicken and tomato on four slices of bread; top with remaining bread.
