    6 or 8 frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    16 oz salsa, any kind
    1 or 2 cans of black beans
    2 taco seasoning packages, any kind
    1 c. onion chopped


in bottom of crock pot, combine black beans, salsa, onion, taco seasoning, and any other vegetables or peppers you would like. lay chicken breast, still frozen, over. Cook on low for at least 8 hours. Shred with fork and enjoy!
