Ingredients

    1 package 10 oz frozen spinach defrost squeezed, 1 C chopped tomatoes, 2 t oregano, ¼ t black pepper, 1 ½ T chili powder, ½ C canned corn drained, 1 ¼ pound turkey (93% lean), ¼ C chili sauce or ketchup, ½ C rolled oats, 2 large egg whites beaten until frothy, 2 t garlic minced;

Directions

preheat oven 375. Large bowl using a fork mix oats, egg whites, and tomatoes. Blend turkey, chili powder, oregano, garlic, chili sauce or ketchup and pepper. Mix in spinach and corn. Pack mixture firmly into a 9X5 “ loaf pan lightly coated with cooking spray. Bake uncovered for 45 min or until juices run clear when meat loaf is pierced with a knife or internal temp 165. Remove from oven and let sit 15 min.)
