Ingredients

    Rotisserie chicken - shred some of the breast meat (equal to about 1.5 breasts)

    Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1 can

    1/4 cup taco seasoning

    Pineapple Salsa Costco, about 3/4 cup

    Mixed Vegetables, frozen, .25 package (10 oz)

    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, diced, 1 cup

    Fat free half and half, .5 cup

    Whole Wheat Pene or Rotini, 4 serving about 1/2 box

Directions

This makes 6 1.5 cup servings - enough for a small bowl full per person.

In a skillet combine: chicken, bell peppers, salsa, cream of chicken soup, & Taco Seasoning - stir and warm up

Steam Frozen Veggies in Microwave

Cook Pasta & drain

Add cooked veggies & half and half and stir

Drain pasta and add 1/4 cup cooking water and pasta to dish

Stir together
