Ingredients

    Slaw Mix (you can substitute prepared slaw mix):
    5 cups shredded cabbage
    1/2 cup almonds, toasted
    1 cup dried cherries (or cranberries)
    1/2 cup diced celery
    1/2 cup green onions, white and green parts
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper

    DRESSING:
    1/2 cup light mayonnaise
    1 tblsp sweet pickle relish
    1 tblsp honey mustard
    1 tblsp honey
    salt and pepper

Directions

Mix slaw ingredients. Mix dressing ingredients separately and pour over slaw. Best if a few hours is allowed for flavors to blend but not essential.
