    3 CUPS DICED ZUCCHINI
    1 CUP DICED GREEN BELL PEPPER
    1 CUP DICED ONION
    0.5 TEASPOON GARLIC POWDER
    2 TEASPOON COOKING OIL
    1 TABLESPOON HIDDEN VALLY RANCH DRESSING
    SALT. SEASING SALT AND PEPPER TO TASTE

Directions

Fry zucchini, pepperrs, and onions in oil until tender. Add salt, seasioning salt, and pepper to taste. Add garlic powder and ranch dressing.Continue cooking util dressing is no longer visible. Remove from heat and enjoy.

Makes approximately four half cup servings
