This recipe has Russian origins. Mushrooms prepared in this way are great as a side, but are even better on your steak or beef roast. Ingredients

    5 White Mushrooms
    2 Big Portabella Mushrooms
    1 Beef Bullion Cube
    1 Cup Sour Cream
    1.5 Cups Water

Directions

Wash the mushrooms and cut them all up in bite size pieces. Combine mushrooms, water and beef bullion cube in a skillet and cook uncovered over medium heat until most of the water is evaporated. When most of the water is gone and the mushrooms look done, add sour cream. Let simmer for a minute or two. Serve.
