Ingredients

    Catelli Healthy Harvest Whole Wheat Lasagna Noodles - box
    1 lb of ground turkey
    1 can Tomato Sauce - Low Salt
    1 can diced tomatoes - Low Salt
    1 bag Kraft 4 cheese italiano
    1 cup mushrooms
    2 cups diced zucchini

Directions

I've found that soaking the noodles in water for about 20 minutes before you start making the lasagna helps the noodles to cook properly.

Usual Lasagna format. Bake for 45 minutes covered, 15 minutes uncovered. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.
