Ingredients

    1.5kg fresh apples, peeled and cored
    1 cup water
    2 cups Splenda no-calorie sweetner
    4 grams cloves
    6 grams cinnamon
    6 cardomom pods

Directions

In a pot or wok, cook all ingredients together for aournd half an hour or untill apple is soft but not "sauce" yet.
Serve luke-warm with vanilla icecream or fozen yoghurt.
