Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup flour (I use white, but can use whole wheat)
    1/2 cup oats
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt (I don't usually put it)
    1 egg
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/3 cup canola oil
    1 1/2 cups mashed bananas
    Put all ingredients in a bowl, mix, place into 12 muffin cup pan (greased).
    Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
    Can add blueberries, raisins or chocolate chips for variety.
