2 9 inch packaged pie crusts
4 cups fresh peeled peaches, sliced
    1/2 cups all purpose flour
    1 cup sugar
    1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 tsp salt
    2 tbsp butter

Preheat oven to 425 degrees

Place 1 pie crust in pan.

Place peaches in large bowl. In another bowl, mix dry ingrediants. Pour mixture over peaches and gentle mix. Pour into pie crust and dot with butter. Cover with other pie crust. Seal edges and cut several slits in crust to vent steam.

Bake 10 minutes in preheated oven, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook 30-35 minutes. If crust browns too quickly, cover with aluminum foil. Cool at least 45 minutes before serving.
