Introduction

Designed after two classic recipes: the chocolate mug cake and the Tollhouse Chocolate Chip Cookies.
I don't like microwaves on principle and cooking this single or double serving treat in a toaster oven or even normal sized oven gives it more natural texture.

Ingredients

    4 Tbsp white flour
    1/3 cup of low fat plan yogurt
    4 Tbsp sugar or perferred sweetener (Note: in my nutritional calculations, I used the equivalent in stevia)
    1 tsp molasses
    1/4 tsp of vanilla (or less)
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    I egg (or less, haha...)
    A bit o' salt
    Chocolate chips seem like an obvious addition, but I haven't included it in the nutritional calculations. Add what you want *carob chips, nuts, etc) and add the calories yourself.

Directions

Cook in a mug in the microwave for 3 minutes (it will expand) or use a toaster oven or normal oven for 15-20 minutes (375 is a good temp). Stick a toothpick in it and if it comes out without goobies, it's done! Let cool, consider sharing and enjoy!
