Introduction

This fruity concoction is so tasty that my kids think they're gtting one over on me and having milkshakes for breakfast.

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 c Fresh Blueberries
    1 c Sliced Mango
    1 Medium Banana
    1 c Nonfat Vanilla Yogurt
    1/2 c Skim or 1% Milk
    1 tsp Honey
    1 c ice cubes

Directions

Combine ingredients into blender or smoothie maker with 1 cup of ice cubes. Blend til it's pretty!

Makes 3 generous 1 cup servings.

I add a tiny dollup of Fat Free Redi-Whip to make it extra special for the kiddos!
