Introduction
I adapted this recipe from Prevention by replaced Spelt Flour for white flour; Splenda for 1/2 the amount of sugar; and fat free Greek Yogurt for the Vanilla Low-Fat Yogurt. Ingredients

1 1/2 cup spelt flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup Splenda and 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup Egg Beaters
1/2 cup fat free Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp I Can't Believe it's Not Butter, melted
3 bananas (ripe)
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Directions
Makes 14, 1/2 inch slices
1. Preheat the oven to 350 and coat a loaf pan with cooking spray
2. combine all dry ingredients up the the cinnamon in a medium bowl.
3. In an electric mixer, beat together the egg beaters and sugar until foamy. Add in the yogurt and butter.
4. Mash the bananas and then mix in with the liquid ingredients.
5. Combine the dry ingredients into the liquid ingredients.
6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
7. Bake for 55 minutes and allow to cool before cutting.
