Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup fresh/frozen raspberries
    1 cup soy milk
    1 scoop protein powder (scoop in package)

    Put all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. If using fresh fruit add a few cubes of ice to cool the mixture.
    Enjoy.
