Introduction
I made this as part as the Diet Solution Plan or DSP that I'm following. I love this diet but sometimes it's hard to find a recipe that follows the plan. This is just delicious.This recipe is gluten-free, sugar-free and organic.

Ingredients

8 Chicken Thighs, no skin
1 (700 ml) jar President's Choice Organics Primavera Sauce
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes sliced
10 kalamata olives
1/2 cup unpasteurized feta cheese, crumbled
2 Tbsp olive oil
Directions
Brown Chicken on each side for approx. 4 minutes per side or until browned a bit. Add primavera sauce and let simmer for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, pit olives and quarter. Once chicken is cooked add the olives, and feta cheese. Drizzle the 2 Tbsp of oil over top and enjoy. Delicious!
