These are yummy, quick and easy turkey wraps. You can leave them whole, or slice into little rounds like sushi. These are yummy, quick and easy turkey wraps. You can leave them whole, or slice into little rounds like sushi.

Ingredients

    3 slices Turkey Breast Lunch Meat
    2 slices White American Cheese
    1 8-inch Flour Tortilla
    1 tsp. Honey Mustard

Directions

Warm tortilla in microwave about 20 seconds to make soft. Spread honey mustard on one side of tortilla. Lay turkey on top of honey mustard and then lay the cheese on top of the turkey. Roll up into a cylinder shape. You can leave this whole and eat it as is, or slice into little pinwheels.

Makes 1 wrap, or 7 little pinwheels.

    Unless the tortilla is 100% whole grain, the turkey meat unprocessed and the cheese 'real' instead of "American", this wrap is not that healthy. - 8/25/10

    I make these for the kids' lunches. My kids won't eat honey mustard, so I went with a little mayo instead. For the person who said it's not that healthy, true, but it's so much healthier than what's served in the school cafeteria! - 8/29/11
