Ingredients

1- pound Jimmy Dean Reduced Fat Pork Sausage
1- 8 ounce block of Fat Free Cream Cheese
1 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
1-pound of Large Jalapeno Peppers
Optional toppings include bacon strip devided into thirds or Shreaded Parmesan Cheese (not included into Nutrients)
Directions
Wash..... Slice peppers lengthwise and remove seeds. rince again and dry.
In skillet brown Sausage ...breaking it into small pieces drain any grease and cool.
In a medium bowl cream with electric mixer Fat Free Cream cheese....fold in the sausage and grated parmesan cheese.
Line large cookie sheets with aluminum foil for easy clean up . Fill the prepared peppers with the cheese-sausage mixture...till it is gone. Cheese mix will be rounded on top of the pepper. Cover with shreaded Parmesan Cheese or bacon strip.(if desired) Bake at 425' for 20 minutes or until peppers are done and tops are browned. Large peppers will take longer. Mine made 18 peppers but if peppers are smaller the nutrients above will be less and you will have more servings.
