Ingredients

    1 Medium Fresh Summer Squash
    1 Can S & W Mexican Style Stewed Tomatoes
    Fresh Mushrooms
    Fresh Green Pepper
    I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Lite

Directions

Cut up squash, mushrooms, and peppers. Saute in "butter". Add stewed tomatoes. Simmer until done. Add whatever herbs or seasonings you want. Serves 4.
