Ingredients

    1 40oz. cans dark red kidney beans (drained)
    2 10.75oz cans Campbells Tomatoe Soup
    1 large can Diced Tomatoes (28oz.)
    1 large can Stewed Tomatoes (28)
    1 Medium Onion
    1 20oz. pkg.Ground Turkey Breast
    1/2 teas. lite salt or salt to taste
    2 Tbls. Parsley
    1/2 to 1 tsp. chilli powder
    2 Tbl. extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Drain and rinse kidney beans.
Brown Meat with onions in olive oil. Add rest of the ingredients (except parsley), simmer for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Add parsley the last 5 to 10 minutes of cooking.
(Serve with a sprinkle of shredded colby Jack Cheese or Chedder Cheese if desired. Not included in the Nutritional info.)
Makes 15---1 cup servings.
