Ingredients

    1 box cake mix (chocolate works best, but it's your choice)
    1 15 oz can of Libby's pumpkin (not the pie mix, just plain pumpkin)

Directions

Mix ingredients together WITHOUT ADDING ANY OF THE OTHER CAKE MIX INGREDIENTS (SUCH AS OIL AND EGG, ETC).

Mixture will be STIFF. Spray a 12-muffin tin and divide mixture, or divide into 36 mini-muffins.

Serving size is 1 muffin or 3 mini-muffins. 12 servings.
